Our company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to the managing partners, this position will be wearing a variety of hats. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities and handling high-level HR and accounting tasks. In the first year, you will be supporting our team and our brand to grow to new heights.

We are a small team, so with this position comes the opportunity for growth and autonomy not experienced in larger firms. Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new employees, measure and improve employee happiness, implement employee policies
  • Administer payroll and benefits
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Handle various accounting tasks such as updating cash book and cash projections, and invoicing
  • Assistance with resource planning based on projected growth
  • Interfacing with the clients and accountants regarding all accounting issues
  • Preparing legal documents including labor contracts, MSAs, and SOWs
  • Handle company conference and event logistics, including booking rooms, choosing vendors, and booking travel arrangements if necessary
  • Helping the partner team with various administrative tasks
  • Assisting with client engagement, such as sending thank you cards and gifts when appropriate
  • Organizing and updating Google Drive as needed
  • Scheduling meetings for partner team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
