We are looking for a Sales Representative who can generate leads, meet sales goals and represent the Upstate Interactive brand with prospective customers. By working closely with leadership and marketing, our Sales Representative will be responsible for executing on the sales strategy. These responsibilities include lead generation, lead qualification, sales administration, sales reporting and business development efforts. In order to be successful in this role you will need to have excellent communication skills, deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to align customer needs with our software solutions. In addition, you should have the ongoing desire to learn and solve challenging problems, since we are a growing company working in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
3 years of experience in sales
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Experience prospecting and qualifying new business leads
Experience using and optimizing CRMs
Experience running meetings with leads and prospects
Strong organizational skills related to meeting and process documentation
More than 3 years of experience in sales
Experience selling software or software services
Experience with blockchain technology
Software development skills
